Who we are

This policy applies to the pontieri.com.br website, operated by Pontieri Consultoria LTDA, CNPJ 46.191.852/0001-04, located at Av. Brig. Faria Lima, 2369, 11º andar, conj. 1102, Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo – SP, CEP 01452-922, Brazil ("we"). We are the controller of personal data processed through this website.

Data we collect

We collect what you send through the contact form (name, email, subject and message) and, with each submission, technical information: IP address and the approximate location derived from it (city, region, country and network provider), browser, operating system and device type, languages, time zone, screen size, referring page and campaign parameters (UTM). To protect the form from abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates technical browser signals and your IP address at submission time. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Site traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors.

How we use it

We use form data to reply to you and, where relevant, to hold pre-contract discussions. Technical information is used to prevent fraud and abuse and to understand the context of your message. The legal bases are steps taken at your request prior to a contract and our legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, V and IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. It is handled only by providers needed to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics), Resend (delivery of form emails) and Apple iCloud (mailbox). These providers may process data outside Brazil under appropriate contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed for the relationship and for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless the law or a contract requires longer.

Your rights

Under the LGPD and the GDPR you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, withdraw consent and object to processing. Just write to sales@pontieri.com.br. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil's ANPD or your local data protection authority.

Apps

Apps published by Pontieri Consultoria have their own privacy information, available on each app's website and on the App Store. Zorl.in, for example, keeps your history locally on your Mac. See zorl.in for details.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), abuse protection on the form, and restricted access to the messages we receive.
